Controllers Appearance - Scale of controllers

Simple plugin to change appearance of controllers.
Works as session plugin.

Only scale for now:

Icon Scale: Controllers with icons.

Cube Scale: Controllers without icons (like Person's spine, elbow, etc.).

Selected Scale: Selected controller's white/blue mesh.
