People on SexLikeReal don't know this is (or could be) real-time rendered in VR and actually interactive. And its a game engine that is a century old in tech-terms. So don't take their comments too seriously. But as Hazmhox said, light is everything. In an ideal world you would use ray-tracing or even path-tracing so simulate individual photons of light bouncing around in the scene.
Anyway, if you aren't doing that all ready, from the video I'm not 100% sure, it should be worth a try to use SkyMagic (part of my Essentials) to improve reflections of the environment on the wet skin. Basically you do a 360 screenshot of the room without the characters, possibly with slightly exaggerated lighting, and use that as "Sky". Process is a bit convoluted as you have to go through Unity Editor
