Is there a way to make models taller ?

Did you try:
a) Decrease Height morph?
b) Decrease/Increase length morphs (example: upper body length, lower body length, upper torso length, legs length)?
c) Increase person atom Scale (on Control & Physics tab 1)?

I don't recall seeing that options such as torso and leg length when I went to morph. Would this be an additional morph add on that I'd need to download? I'm still learning. I'll recheck those settings you mentioned . Thank you

Everything mentioned above is builtin stuff,
obviously there are some additional morphs out there,
that can adjust person height, for example bodyShort from Import reloaded morphs.
