Different postmagic presets for each atom?

Why are you still using Audiomate, you don't need to.
Use the built-in trigger shown in the wiki post with an audio in "scene audio", setting it to loop.

Here's an example using a VAM embedded sound
I had a scene audio but then the heartbeat played in the whole scene.
If I can have this easier, thats ok for me but I don't understand how I can play the scene audio on p2 head audio only.

Then your configuration of the head audio source was not adjusted to your needs, wan't a problem with the trigger.
Stop, analyse and adjust things, don't just add more stuff to go around the unsuitable setup you set.

Now I found it. Was a bit worried because the category.
If I want to use a soundfile from my hard drive or vam folder I need to choose "url" and clip category "web"

Now I have the problem that the heartbeat is not ending if I leave first person with Esc.

Edited the wiki post to be more accurate in the audio trigger options

Assuming the escape key is to leave possession with Embody, which you should mention what that means because I'm just guessing this is the case, just think:
  • why would the sound stop if you didn't set some condition that if you're not possessing the person the sound should stop?

I have searched in embody and can't find any option for an Esc trigger. There is only the fixed exit trigger. How I can set this custom exit trigger for embody?

I don't know, check the plugin's section. The embody part is now out of the scope of your original question and turning into a detailed scene development discussion.
If you have your original question answered and know how to play audio in the scene, everything else is up to you to test and explore. See other scenes for many examples of scene making.

Oh ok. The original question is about the vignette effect. But that I better start at another time 🍲😋

Ty for your patience
