BrowserAssist v1.14.0 Update

This version provides a number of features related to the 'Real Clothing' toggle that was introduced in VAM 1.21 recently. In this lastest version of VAM, every clothing item now has a toggle (on the standard VAM clothing Adjustments page) to indicate if the clothing item is "Real". Ok I tested the delete. Wow this thing is AWESOME! Keep the good work Jay. That plugin is MILES away in front of the vanilla one.
 
I get the following error message when I try to install the plugin:

!> Compile of JayJayWon.BrowserAssist.31:/Custom/Scripts/JayJayWon/BrowserAssist/BrowserAssist.cslist failed. Errors:
!> [CS117]: `MVR.FileManagementSecure.FileManagerSecure' does not contain a definition for `FileLastWriteTime' in <Unknown> at [167, 92]

Any idea why that is?

You need to use a more up to date version of VAM.
To be honest, it shouldnt crash with older versions of VAM, so I'll fix that in the next release - but if you want a quick fix then upgrade to the latest VAM

You need to use a more recent version of VAM. Its literally the same issue as the immediately above posts!
 
One more question, is that possible to batch-delete the scenes? Currently, hold ctrl to select multiple, but still have to click delete and then confirm one by one. It's already a big step forward tho!

You shouldnt have to confirm each one. Do you not have a Delete All button:

That should batch delete all the selected files with one confirm prompt

If you dont have a 'Delete All' button, have you enabled the SymLinks functionality described in the installation instructions.

Tags will auto delete on BA restart if they are no longer used. Alternatively they can be deleted and renamed from the plugin ui settings (let me know if you can’t find it).
To get favourite and hidden tagging to work you need to follow the installation instructions around setting up symlinks

This version provides an alternative browser to the Clothing items browser in VAM. It allows browsing of hundreds of clothing items on a single page (compared to the 10 items per page in VAM). Tagging can be applied to multiple clothing items simultaneously. Supports the Favourite flag (not available in VAM browser).

Note that Clothing Tags are synced between VAM and BrowserAssist, but there are some limitations. Tag changes in VAM can be synced be using the Refresh button in BrowserAssist...

  • In the PluginUI, Creators can be marked as 'Preferred' for a given resource type (e.g. Scene or Appearance Preset). Once marked as preferred then they will appear at the top of the Creators filter drop down list in the main Browser window.

The "Search Resource..." field behaves a bit oddly.
When clicking on it, it doesn't get the text cursor. When writing in the box, it does appear, but turns on and off while writing some letters but not all.
The text is shown fine and the field itself works, so not sure what is happening.

Yes, I know. I spent some time trying to get that to work properly but havent succeeded. As you say it works, so its a bit annoying rather than fundamental. I'll make a note to try and go back to look into it again. Thanks for reporting.

I used the plug-in PresetMaker to generate some preset files, but BrowserAssist does not seem to be able to read these presets.
