Question why will recources not al;ways go too hub......

thus far i have only one Look on the hub while i do everything the same way.........how can i change this??? i tryed change recources but noting works, i can't make them Hub posted var .......can someone help me?

If you mean green "Hub-Hosted VAR" tag it's simple.
-your upload must be var package and it has to be hosted/uploaded on hub (not externally)
-any dependencies your package is using also has to be hub hosted (not externally)
Look on dependencies tab of your look to see what dependencies are not hub hosted (Not found on Hub).
