I got some HD hairs recently and when I put them on a model, her forehead is all black or grey. It's the entire area above the eyes up to the middle of the top of the head and all the way across. Am I missing a plugin or need to tweak my hardware settings? I have them set on high settings with no customization. Non-HD hairs don't cause this issue.

I think that's the scalp's alpha channel. Just turn it down a bit if it's all the way up. You will have to check each selection of hair if the hair is separated.

Thanks. Where does one go to turn down a scalp's alpha channel?
