Var. Files to Blender

Hello, I'm new here and I downloaded some clothes but they were a var file, how do I go about putting them into blender if possible.

You don't.
Var files are compressed files containing specific assets for VAM.
You can't import them into blender.

There was a git at some point with a plugin that would allow to "rip" clothes from VAM, but I think it's gone.
