Question Undress/remove clothing

I can't find/select the clothing menu. By clicking on an element, rHandControl, rThickControl are selected. I’m trying to figure it out from the video guides, but in them they do exactly the same thing and they show a menu of all the character’s clothes, the Slim Enabled, Undress buttons.
Perhaps I haven’t downloaded some basic plugin, or I haven’t pressed some button that, when exporting a model, exports the clothing menu.

that's because you have selected the elbow. click on "select root" in the top left of your screenshot and you'll see it.

or do the following from my screenshot:
1. click
2. click character.
3. click control.
4. menu should now appear with clothing button. if not, you've unselected "open selected UI on select" press the spanner and screwdriver button
