Some issues with scenes

Hello, I am having trouble with scenes i download not being responsive. none of the buttons work and hitting play doesn't do anything in the menu and the characters just sit there. pretty new to this so not sure why that is because some of them look like they would be awesome if they worked like the "good girl" scene for example. I also notice there are some missing assets on my asset manager when it scans but it says they aren't available on hub. how do i find those ones? many thanks!
