Question skin compression and jutting internals

I've noticed when body parts get compressed, the skin wraps around the internal morph(assuming) collision objects in obvious jutting, ugly ways - for example in the image below where the upper thigh meets the torso, or if the breasts get compressed by the arms/legs, etc - not sure if there are ways around this or would be something addressed by other body systems, models than currently used with VAM.

The below videos mention this issue and their solutions, I'm guessing it would get into an alternate set of morphs and scripting related to processing the morphs in association with the degree of pinching to get a better look.
