Question Simple question about CC BY-ND.

if I download a look / appearance with CC BY-ND but then change the hair or give bigger boobs. Then I make a scene and sell it.
Would this already be a violation of the No Derivatives part? What is allowed and what isnt with ND?

Doesn't matter if you sell it, ND applies to any distribution form. No changes from the original unless for personal use.

Honestly, I don't understand the purpose of having a ND in a look, it makes it very unusable in other scenes. You should try either to ask permission of the author to ignore the ND or just pick another look.

I started to look through all my models I had and checked the licences becasue I panicked lol
