When a resource on the hub goes from paid early access to free, does it go to the top of the free resources list, sorted by last update, or does this not count as an update and it just goes into the free resource list, but somewhere down below? I am basically wondering if I can know when resources go from paid early-access -> free by simply looking at the latest updated resources list or if I have to check in on the pages for those paid early-access resources individually.

Moving a resource from early access to free does not "update" it. So it appear somewhere down below matching the date/time of the original post. However, a sensible creator would upload the resource to the Hub for easier download (from within VaM) and make an update post, so it goes to the top. Well, at least I'm doing that, certainly not everyone.
