Possible two have Vam installed on two different folders & drives at the same time

I got an extra SSD drive but its only on 240gb so all of it does not fit. So Im wondering if it
works with several drivelocations or add an extra from another drive.
Has this been answered Im happy for links since I could not find it.

By default (user prefs) the Cache is set to be in the same folder as VaM's. As it takes a lot of space quickly, you can just change the cache folder to be on a different drive, mine is.
If the 240 GB are not enough even with the cache being elsewhere, you either need to move or delete some stuff, get a new drive, or set up some form of more complicated setup with hard links.

My Vam folder already filled up a 1T SSD. I have a nearly empty 1T SSD, can I put part of the "AddonPackages" onto a different drive? Somebody mention 'Softlink' and 'Hardlink' for windows 11. My Cache is already in a separated drive.

You can try a symlink in windows, this might work : )

consider using a var manager to store your unused vars on another drive and move them on and off, https://hub.virtamate.com/resources/var-manager.16971/ might be valuable since it uses symlinks already.
