I just updated to the latest version of Vam. I went to rescan my files but they weren’t there. I check my folders everything is still there. Please help me.

They released a huge update and changed the creator key not long ago. Don't panic, everything is still there. You just need to fill in the new creator key, which you can get on their Patreon.
