Question Oculus Issue

I'm having problems with Qculus Link.
It keeps disconnecting.
I removed the wired and used wireless and it still did it.
I'm wondering if there is something with the updated Vam1 software and the link software that is the problem.
Has anyone else had this problem?

In the case of wired,
I also have Qculus Quest 2, 3 and I had the same problem as you at first.
Most of the time the problem was with cheap usb3.0 cables.
Try replacing them with expensive and thick usb3.0 cables.
