I see some adult games out there use DAZ3d or Vam renders, my question is can I use renders or videos that created by Vam in my game and release it on Steam or Itch maybe?
 
There's a subtle difference between Daz and Vam re licensing. In Daz and Renderosity store licensing, any 2D rendering or video that is embedded in a game is fine. There are some freebies like from ShareCG that specify the equivalent of NC, no commercial usage, which you could not use. In the case of Daz/Rendo store bought assets, as long as the mesh or the actual texture files are not put into the game, it's fine. In Vam, you have to pay close attention to the license terms. A lot of characters and assets have NC licenses, which means the answer is no, even for 2D renderings. For many others, you would have to list them in the credits, but you can use them. See also:
