Question License question

Hello to all Vam content creators, there is quite a large community here, perhaps this question has already been asked, but so far I have not found a direct answer to it. Can I use the free character models I found here on vam hub for my visual novel? Thank you in advance for the answer.

some have licenses that should be ok (FC, CC-BY) others would not be ok (CC-BY-NC) if you want to sell the VN - based on my understanding at least.

You can check the license by clicking on the Open Package Manager (next to load,save scene etc.) and selecting the addon that has the model, the license will then appear and be explained to the right. For those with BY in the license you'll need to give credits to the original authors

Even if an asset is marked "NC", it would be worth contacting the creator, as they may be OK with the particular use you have in mind.
