Make sure you play around with the settings of the lipsync plugin in order to get the best effect. The plugin is pushed to the max as it plays alos the backing music.
I usually check my mocaps once or twice to make sure they are in order. I reviewed this 10 times tearing up in my headset. And ffs it's an animation of me...I am questioning my reality now...

The lipsync plugin is in the var. Look for it in plugins folder. And yes you will have to download the model yourself and load it yourself. You have a link in the description.

I'm just not sure why the model isn't loaded by default if it's... a part of the title? I already had the model and have no issue loading it, I was just questioning and confirming that it was intended. The lipsync plugin is not in the .var (and it shouldn't be... since it's a .var it gets referenced). It is available here though: https://hub.virtamate.com/resources/realtime-lipsync.1286/
