Has anybody created characters from the Milftoon Comics ?

You'll have to specify because I just looked at the site and from the front page I have seen characters that you can find here like kim possible, dexter's mom etc. Or maybe you are talking about the overall look of how they are designed . But to answer you, yes there are some of the characters you can find here lolz.

I should’ve specified more on which characters. I mostly mean characters that only exist in specific comics. I’ve thought about making those comics into live action VAN scenes. I don’t know how to go about it though :/

Well all you have to do is pose the models in a scene and take a screen shot. Or add speech bubbles which you can do in vam or use just use vamstory for dialogues. Or just pose the models and add the speech text in photoshop or whatever. for screen shots vam has one built in and there are a few plugins for that also. or you can just any that you like from third party and windows.
If you hit "T" you can see some little boxes which are the character joint controllers, moving these would help you pose the models or you can use Ruvik posing helper and whichever posing plugin there are.
