Hey, an option to disable the existing/original scene lighting would be great, not sure if theres a quick way to do it. FocusOnMe! plugin has that option but this has better lights.

It would be nice if you could add a trigger to reset the lighting when the atom changes positions.
 
It would be nice to have the settings for the resolution of shadows to reduce this effect. Screenshot_9.pngScreenshot_10.png
