I am trying to use this tool, but it is not easy.
The link that appears on the main page for download is this:

But in the link above, I do not see any executable files. I see sln, cs files, but no executables.
On the 10th page of this discussion, there is a download link where there are indeed executable files, but the date of these files is “May 18, 2023”. However, the main page says that the programme was last updated on “Aug 23, 2024”.
Could you please tell me how I can download the latest version and run this tool?
