Question Is possible to play without controllers (VR quest 3)?

I usually find it brokes the experience to search the controller and use it to move or change some setting.
I feel I'm missing something.

Is there any guide/tips to use vam without controllers?
Can we move without the thumbstick controllers?
Or open the UI and interact with it?

For example: I'm using UIAssist with custom buttons to embody, or change appearances faster, but I don't know how to "click" them with my hands, is possible to click thos buttons with my fingers (like if I'm touching them)?

I want to be able to use a single VR controller to move forward/back/up/down/rotate in a scene. Right now, it appears that VAM requires TWO controllers to do all these motions/rotations which is a PITA when only one hand is free in VR ;) Is there a plugin or way to do this?
