I have some clothes that wever markes as futa/male, but whe i'm using alternative futa plugin and put on those clothes it doesn't work the same way as it works on male model. It's just dick that goes through pants.

Futa clothes are for a male atom with female morphs added. Altfuta is a female atom. Clothes made for one will not fit the other fully. I don't see many clothing options for altfuta other than one by @WeebUVR
