Is there a way to place an audio source for the player so that in VR mode, it moves with the VR headset and acts as if the player is speaking? (Without adding a possessed male character )

If you place a normal audio source and disable those "spartial" sound effects (or how it is called),
you will hear the sound from this source without a "sound direction" and "distance" directly to your headphones.
Maybe this will do the trick.
