Two questions

1. How to let clothes like panties aside?

2. If I'm going to cut something from the red part but don't break these pants apart, what should I do?

I saw some clothes can get into these effect by using morph, are there any tear up or crop morph (for clothes) u guys recommended?

1. You can create a ClothGrabSphere (under the misc category), position it, turn it off and on, and then it will be attached to sim cloth or clothing if overlapping. If you then move the sphere, the cloth will follow.

An alternative could be to sculpt the cloth with Skynet's awesome clothing sculpt plugin:

2. Use the magnificient clothing ripper plugin by MXX. It has lots of options, you can even paint your own tear lines. It is great for lots of different use cases. In your example you would use the "Open Cut: slit (stays on)" option. See explanations inside the plugin.

As for any other lazy option?
Does some morph for clothes can archive the similar way?

I guess you are looking for a slider or button click to achieve that automatically, but i don't know any. There are no morphs for clothing items, although you would achieve that with the mentioned clothing sculpt plugin (changing the mesh). There is even a video on the plugin's entry showing how to pull panties aside in just a few minutes (directly on the resource page, scroll down a little bit).

Sometimes clothing items have different presets with panties already pulled aside.

Using Clothing Ripper (or even a ClothGrabSphere - though it can be a little bit fiddly at times) isn't too difficult either. I think Clothing Ripper is the "lazy" (and powerful) option :D You would just paint the seam and you are almost good to go (regarding your second question).

Another example of this for double check, if I want to archive these exposed version of clothing preset, use the same way?

What do you want to achieve at the end of the day, create clothing and offer presets yourself or just editing already existing clothing for your own use? Do you know the usual clothing creation process?

Because if we are talking about the changes on your screenshot, for example the fold above the breasts at the top right or bigger changes in general, that would be difficult to achieve with editing alone (or at least very fiddly); You would be better off constructing these parts from scratch in a 3d app like Blender.

I woud recommend testing out the clothing sculpt plugin and see if it fits your needs. When it comes to VaM nothings beats a hands-on approach and building up your own experiences.
