Hi, I'm writing because I don't quite understand.
Let's say there's scene A and scene B.
Scene A has movements in a segment. I need to move these movements (not all of them) to scene B in an already completed animation segment. Does anyone know how to do this?

Short answer: no.
Long answer: probably not, with a lot of motivation, time, editing and export process... maybe?

Very long answer: there are several ways to animate. First I'm not sure what "movement" means... if you're thinking about extracting like "only the upper body part", this might definitely be a nightmare. But more or less, even with a full animation, if you want to extract just a portion of it, this would require tremendous editing.
People don't animate the same nodes, not the same way, with different physics settings... & so on.

Let's assume the simplest case: you're looking at two scenes made with Timeline, you'd need to isolate what you want to keep, export it, then reimport it in the new scene. Since you can't import "into an existing animation". You would need to import in a new animation, then ensure the other animation uses the same control nodes, then copy frames from the imported animation to the new one.

This is in a "nutshell", and does not even account for the fact that animation are relative to a position in the scene, so this might not be always possible... Long story short, probably not worth the time, and probably way too complicated for you if you're asking that question in the first place ^^
