Question How to attach a person to an object?

I've downloaded several assets for example a BDSM cross. How do I attach a person to it? Left hand to upper left cuff, right hand to upper right cuff and so on and then make sure it becomes one so when moving the cross around the person should move as well.

Also how can I easily move body parts in desktop mode? It seems to be a pain in the butt and most guides I've seen people are doing this in VR mode instead but perhaps I'm missing something.

I would position the person with the cuffs in the cross and attach both to a grabpoint atom (under force). You can move that atom and both cross and person will move with it.
Second question I don't know, I don't use desktop usually.
