i recently downloaded some scenes but it downloaded only .var and nothing else, so i openedit with 7zip and extracted some jpg and json files to scenes file, started the game and there are no scenes? if anyone can help me that would be really good

how do u play scenes?

Add the .var file to VAM AddonPackages.
Then in VAM open scene and they get listed to the left.

only thing i have in the menu is VaM Hub, Scene Browser and then there is Open Default Scene so i opened it and there are still no scenes

Are you in desktop or VR mode?
Assuming you are in desktop mode.
In default scene there should be a menu in lower left. Click toggle UI > Open Main UI > Load
