Question how do i reajust cum assets after downsizing penis ?

the cum asset is still attached to penis tip, but the fluid starts a tiny bit further because previous penis was bigger. i can't move the asset by selecting it, how do i do ?

You are right, usually you should be able to move that cum asset...
Please try the following: select the asset and open the "Move" tab.
Are the XYZ axis locked? This would be the most simple explanation.
There would be some other explanations but that would be much more difficult to find.
Maybe the asset is spawned and controlled by a scripting/plugin for every new animation frame.

An other possible explanation came into my mind...
Select the asset, go to the "control" tab and see if "allow grab/possession" is deactivated! This is done often by creators to not accidentally move an asset once it is positioned correctly.

So you have scaled the penis, you could simply scale the asset, too. this will most likely move it around.
