Question How can I create clothing wraps?

I see wrap options for some base clothing like data sim pants where you have the option to either have it on or down state where the pants are lowered.

How would I be able to create other wraps on other clothing items?

If you refer to the built-in clothing, those were custom made by MeshedVR and you can't make them like that.
You'd need to make clothing that is in that state as a separate clothing item.
