Question Help with trackers, please

My trackers don't show and assume I have to press "open controller bindings in desktop browser" button but it won't load "http://localhost:8998/dashboard/controllerbinding.html?app=application.generated.unity.vam.exe" just says "
Hmmm… can't reach this page
"
I have version 1.20.15

Ok, I have tried four different computers all with antiviruis and firewalls off but just get blank web page on all.
Can anyone confirm that the button "open controller bindings in desktop browser" on the main settings menu page under user prefs > VR1 actually works for anyone?
