Hello all. looking for some info on making clothing for males

I have figured out a wok flow for female clothing that works pretty well, but when i apply the same work flow to a base male model I get horrendous results, the clothing doesn't conform it falls right though the butt, legs wait and stomach.. what gives?? am missing something? i create in MD10, export to Daz for the duf conversion, then import to VAM for processing. as i said everything works fine for females with minor tweaking here and there. but males males I cant get anything to work, not even a little bit. any help or advice would be appreciated. thank you.
