Hey Everyone!
If you have problems with the menu in VR rippling/wavy distortion, especially when holding it in your (vr) hand. All you need to do is turn off "Motion Smoothing" in your Steam VR settings.
I never had this issue before but I recently updated video drivers and that ended up changing some settings I had no idea existed. Apparently it turned motion smoothing on! I thought I was going crazy because I couldn't remember the menu doing this wavy effect before. Hope this is helpful to someone!
