Fixed (FIXED in 1.21.2.0 found in 1.21.1.0) Clothing Item overlay presets not working as intended.

I created a preset overlay for a specific clothing item (not a person clothing preset).
The issue I am seeing is the colors are being reset if not specified in the .vap file
For example, my .vap file specifies a Specular Color only, but when loaded it resets the Diffuse and Subsurface colors instead of keeping the current ones.

I noticed the same issue with skin presets a few days ago, but couldn't reliably reproduce it, so Meshed wasn't able to see what was wrong. Looks like this DOES reliably reproduce it! Nice!
