I'm wondering how to fix this weird speckling effect I'm seeing. This is my third day with VaM, so still learning a lot. I've attached a picture of the effect, my scene lighting (which is off), the asset settings, and I have made sure there are no light atoms that are on. It seems like the current lighting is coming from the scene itself, but I see no way to improve this look. Thanks for any tips.

Solution
It's not "specks" it's the soft shadowing technique used that produces that effect.
You can eventually slightly lower the effect by tweaking your light distance, your light type and your light intensities and shadows.

My issue is I think I have all of the "lights" turned off. Is there light I can't manage "baked-in" to the apartment environment I got?

EDIT: Ok, it does appear to be some sort of baked-in lighting as moving the model to a different location made it go away. So it was light distance, just for a light I don't know that I can adjust.

Generally baked probes are not recommended for VAM. As they are not really really nice resolution wise. But I'm pretty sure they don't cast shadows.
Maybe the enviro as an integrated light (which is also not recommended :p)
