Question Mass Effect characters

Does anyone know who can get a character model from the mass effect? Especially EDI and Femshep.
There are some models in the public domain, but maybe there are more options?

I would rather see Ashley or Miranda or red head Shepard to be honest.

Tali is also not bad, but I'm not into alien stuff to be honest.
