To all who use a WMR based headset like the HP Reverb G2. Don't use this optional update :

February 25, 2025—KB5052077 (OS Build 19045.5555) Preview​

This update kills WMR and you have to do a full clean install (because you can not remove it later on).

Spent some hours to reinstall Windows 10 and get WMR again to work!

I believe it's generally a good idea to wait until its not the preview update for these types of reasons.
