how do i export my person atoms to an image with .png with transparent back ground to edit in GIMP or in photoshop?

Your question makes no sense. What do you want to achieve?

You maybe want to do a screenshot?
There is a screenshot function included in VaM in the scene main menu.
Or you maybe want to search the Ressources/free/plugins/ (here in this website) for one certain plugin that can do screenshots in super high resolution.

You can do a screenshot, but it'll never directly be a transparent PNG: you'll have to manage transparency in Gimp/Photoshop.
