One of your errors points to C:\WINDOWS\System32\AddonPackages... There is NO WAY Vam will work properly if you have Vam installed in a Windows protected folder. It looks like you used your Windows install as your Vam root. Delete all that and start over. Put Vam in something like C:\Vam. That works.

I think @SlimerJSpud has the correct answer, but as a confirmation tell us what is your install path on the computer. (in which folder is VAM installed?)
