Duplicate Plugin .dll files in VAM folder Not being removed

So I've noticed that VaM when loading plugins makes a temporary file briefly in the main VAM folder before deleting it. (I've been using VAM for years now.) But recently, nearly every time I try to load a plugin, something goes wrong and those .dll files never go away. Worse, they continue to duplicate, and I get an error in VAM. The error always says : "sharing violation on path", then the plugin when this happens as well. I'm assuming it's because these .dll files aren't being deleted. I've been doing a lot of testing with plugins, and this hadn't happened until recently. But I feel some of them messed with settings I never touched. If anyone has any ideas, that would be greatly appreciated!

Oh, I should note that I have deleted those duplicate plugins, but new ones always replace them later after using VAM.

If you're getting random copies of .dll files in the main Vam folder, something is probably wrong with your installation, or the tool doesn't have write access to wherever they're supposed to be.

But I've had VaM for years, and never had this issue. Though I did recently upgrade to the latest version. Any idea what might cause this issue?
