They are in the main VaM folder and being dll I'm a bit scared, are they nomal?

Yes, It from a plugin LogicBricks. MacGrube is among those people that made very useful and well known plugins.

ye, but tohse numbers are weird and also the fact they are dll files. Can I trust them?

I don't know the technical full detail of numbering system, I deleted mine to see what would happen, LogicBricks seen to work without it, life plugin also from MacGrube will create dll, if you delete it.
They are safe, but in the future note if a plugin need it, VAM will ask you for a autorisation to use them, just by the name of the creator you should know where it come from, exemple wee know MacGrube is from the Hub.

If you download a scene from outside Vam hub, it could be dangerous, VAM will still ask you permission to use them, but in your case, it is safe to use logicbrick.dll.
