Which folder ?

Ive just found a link for Thigh high boots.

Now usually from what i can see Clothing goes into the Addon Packages folder and files are .var

Looking at the files for these boots the files are .vap and .vag

What do I do with these ?

Those older clothing packs goes to /Custom/Clothes/Female/...

When you open that zip file download, you will see that there are two directories; saves and custom.

This means that the download comes complete with the folder structure required to get the assets working in VaM. You should just copy these directories directly into your VaM root directory so everything ends up where it should. For clothing, especially, this is important because the file locations of the various texture files are hard-coded into the clothing file. So you MUST use EXACTLY the same file structure as the clothing creator set up, or things won't work. You cannot reorganize your clothing folders at all.
