Doesn't see Index controllers & Vive Trackers when using Pimax Light

So for Pimax Light one has to use Pimax Play as an extra layer, but Vam is the only app/game
I am having this problem with. Everything worked fine before when I was using o.g. HTC Vive
What I did so far:

- New Vam install/core repair
- New Windows Install
- Vam is on "Vam" directory on one of my drives

I have no idea what to do or try now
