Solved Deepthroat size issue

Is there an any plugin that can help solve the problem with using really long length penis/monster dildo for deepthroat?
Because when big sizes things trying sets to the base it's just starts to shake and breaks out through skin.
Bulge plugins don't help solve the problem...

In theory Collider Editor by Acid Bubbles could help with that.
Add it on the male person > in UI enable [x] Show Previews > select Penis colliders Group > try out various 'Radius'-sliders.
Make the collision radius smaller.

Should help up to a certain point. It has to be somewhat realistic.
