My bad, I posted the wrong plugin, that should have been stoppers cua clothing plugin, not static clothing. If you use cua clothing, then you can have a blank clothing item with a plugin to add, attach and position the cua, which will automatically load it with the appearance preset. You can also add almost anything as a clothing item in the same way as making any clothes, by saving a daz3d scene subset and importing it with the clothing creator. However, that can often cause issues with deformation due to how the clothing creator wraps the mesh to the person.
