Hey there

I am trying to get my model into a specific position, where she is bent over, has her upper arms side by side with her head and the forearms in a ~90° angle behind her head. You can see the "to-be" pose in my absolutely anatomically correct picture here:

It is possible in real life and if i can do this, i thought this pose must be possible in vam too. But i am struggling to get it done. is there any way to prevent my model from doing something like this?:

I am using vam for a while now and i created the funniest pretzel-looks you can imagine but i feel really dumb for not being able to recreate this simple pose... Is there a checkbox to turn off the colliders or something? i tried joint correct and collider editor, but i can't find a solution for this.

I am thankful for every hint.
Greetings

Reset pose.

Then bend down the head and spread the foot bones, use ,,Pose'' instead of ''Lock''. ,,Lock'' messes up things for me.

Probably keep only arms in ,,Pose'' , the rest can be ,,Off'' in upper body.
