Hey when i load some scenes the clothing looks like this even though i have my graphics set to max. Could anyone help me with this?

I don't memorize what's set in the "max" options, just take a screenshot of the user preferences. What's the shader set to for example?

You may want to question why you use Render scale at 2, it's a steep performance hit for probably not much improvement. High quality physics is also not advised unless the scene maker mentions it to be active.
I don't see a problem there in the settings.
What's the expected look of the clothing? Is the person's collision ON? Is it on a male? Is it like that on several clothes from multiple creators?

it's on a woman and the collision seems to be on the clothing is from one creator

If this is specific to only this clothing you should contact the creator.

Is it on a custom character?
If yes, you might need to adjust the clothes to fit your character.

Please take a second to add a line break after your image ;)
