Solved Change review once author responded

I made a 1 star review and I want to change it to 5 stars but because the author responded to the review the hub will say: You can not update your rating or review once the author has responded.
Is there a way to delete or edit the review because this is a bit silly.

I think you can just click "Leave a rating" at the top right of the resource page and leave a new rating which overwrites the old one (not deleting it, but counting instead of it, if I got it right).

That's what I tried but it will leave me the message: You can not update your rating or review once the author has responded.

Oh, okay. Then I just don't know how or if it is possible. Hopefully others can jump in and tell us.

I mean, there are resources with more than one rating from the same person (where the older one has a response) but maybe it is only possible on different versions of that resource? I am not sure about that.

Currently there is no way to edit a review once it has a reply, as the system mentioned.

The standard way to handle this situation is to send a message to the moderation team to ask that your review be changed. You can do this by clicking the "report" link under your review and explaining what you need changed. We will typically handle it within ~24 - 48 hrs.
