Question Is there a change to reviewing resources?

I wanted to add a review to BooMoon's Lips layer update but for some reason I can not find the location to post it.

In the overview section of the resources, just to the right of the like reactions options, there is a thumbs up button and if you select that a window pops up for selecting positive or neutral option and you can add comments as well if you so choose to. There is also a thumbs down for dislike, but we don't need that. I gave a review for BooMoon's lip layer a while back, it is nice work.
